I am involved in a number of projects here in the Windy City and in Essex, NY on the shores of Lake Champlain in the Adirondack region.

Storytelling in Chicago. I am deep into exploring the wonders of the Windy City since moving here from a small town in the Adirondack Mountains of New York in 2014. Customizing Small Trimarans for Adventure Cruising. I am now selling my 2015 Seaclipper 16 Custom Adventure Cruiser that John Marples built for me. The SC16 is built in plywood covered with epoxy and fiberglass is similar in length to the rotomolded WR17. I sail it the same way, from a seated position, with foot steering, all lines leading to the cockpit.  MORE..

 

 

 

Sky Yurt structureBuilding a Sky High Shelter is a big stretch for me. The tent structures are big with lots of wind exposure. My Lai Memorial Project – Chicago Veterans for Peace. From 2018 thru 2019 I developed and traveled to sixteen cities with an exhibit which moves participants thru a process from “memory to action” by engaging participants in experiencing the impact of the U.S. War on the people of Viet Nam. The exhibit provides a medium for interaction and dialogue, and offers options to support existing remediation and social justice efforts. More…
